Film
Gordon Judge & Co represents the interests of producers, financiers and providers of Section 481 finance on a wide range of film and television projects. The firm also has broad experience of film distribution and sales agency arrangements.
Music
We have specialist knowledge of the use of music and other copyright works in films and the negotiation of international record licensing and distribution agreements. The firm advises a number of independent artists and bands in their dealings with record labels, producers and managers. We understand partnership law and its application to groups and bands and can be of assistance in the preparation of appropriate music group partnership agreements that may help to resolve disputes when group members disagree.
The firm provides copyright advice and business affairs service to a number of clients in the music industry.
