Gordon Judge is admitted as a solicitor in Ireland and England and Wales. He advises on a broad range of commercial transactions, including corporate finance and security, with experience of taking companies from incorporation and seed capital through to mergers, joint ventures, management buy outs and initial public offerings.

Gordon has long been recognised for his expertise in both intellectual property matters and structuring tax based finance with many clients in the entertainment and media industries.

He advises extensively on pensions and trusts, with particular emphasis on the giving and taking of security in respect of trust assets.

Gordon is a member of the International Association of Entertainment Lawyers and regularly attends international industry events. He is an associate member of the Association of Pensioneer Trustees in Ireland.

Gordon’s outside interests include tennis and sailing.

 

Páraic McKeogh

Páraic is admitted as a solicitor in Ireland and obtained a primary honours degree in Corporate Law and a postgraduate honours degree in Law from the National University of Ireland, Galway. He is a commercial solicitor and has wide ranging experience in corporate and commercial law. He has particular expertise in advising individuals, companies, trustees and banks on trusts and security issues related to pension investments and handles a wide variety of banking work. Furthermore, Páraic regularly advises banks on commercial lending transactions.

He also handles a broad range of residential and commercial property transactions.
